This bit is a variation of one of our most popular loose ring bits. The traditional lightly weighted rings offer excellent feel. The 3-piece ergonomic mouthpiece results in soft, even pressure across the tongue, bars and lips contacting different nerves then in your traditional 2-piece mouthpiece. The dog bone contacts the tongue for pressure to help rate and set a horse's head. The sweet iron mouthpiece is intended to rust causing salivation for a more supple mouth.
