The Neue Schule Tranz Angled Lozenge 16 mm Full Cheek Snaffle reinforces the turning aid and helps with straightness and direction. This full cheek snaffle is excellent for directional control and good for faster work as the mouthpiece will not slide across the mouth when turning. In addition it is good for young horses as it will not pull through in a panic situation.
The upper cheeks may be fixed to the cheek pieces with Fulmer Loops to exert gentle poll pressure (head lowering). We would not recommend fixing with young horses as the play factor which is desirable for mouthing purposes would be lost.
